Refunds & Exchanges

In the event that you’re not entirely content with your order, we have a refund policy in place to address your concerns. Please note that for a successful refund, the item must remain unused and in its original condition. We kindly ask that you retain the item’s original packaging as well. Refunds for incontentment can only be done within 3 days of receiving the item. Should you decide to return an item, we appreciate your understanding that the cost of shipping the returned item to our facility will be your responsibility.

However, if the need for a refund arises due to an incorrect item being delivered, we’ve got you covered. In such cases, we will arrange for our courier service to collect the item directly from your location, free of charge. The item should also remain unused and you should contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
